After 3 months we finally have our house back to ourselves. No more unwanted construction, no more negotiations, no more accusations. Three months.
Might I add, the first three months after a total shoulder replacement. Whatever you thought you were going to do, it still has to get done. You simply have to deal with all this unwanted stress on top of your original plans. You think the housing issue may have altered my recovery process at all? Anyways, it's not how I wanted to kick start 2017. In my developers defense, I know this is not how Avimor wanted to start the year either; but every action has consequences. Plus, the customers always right, right? Should be anyways, when the product is over 1/4 million dollars.
The end result is a walk in shower where we had a standard shower stall, and a smaller closet. Our master bathroom got new hardware throughout and the crawl space was cleaned and lined with new visqueen. What about the possible loss due to mold disclosure, you ask? What about the THREE MONTHS of turmoil that your family had to deal with? What about the STACK of paperwork that MUST BE DISCLOSED when you try to sell? No one cares. Once the job is done, you get nothing because "we fulfilled our obligation". In fact...
"I believe we went above and beyond our obligation".
